Pamela Tougher Sausaitis, Esq. is the Founder of The Law Firm of Pamela Tougher Sausaitis, Esq., P.C., where she focuses on New York real estate transactions. With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Pamela brings deep practical insight, strategic judgment, and meticulous attention to detail to every transaction she handles.

Pamela graduated from New York Law School in 2024 and  was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2025. She is a member of the New York State Bar, the New York City Bar Association, and the New York Law School Alumni Association.

At New York Law School she was awarded the NYLS Board of Trustees Scholar distinction upon admission and was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council. During law school, she interned with the Honorable Kathleen Waterman-Marshall of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, served as a Senior Editor of the Family Law Quarterly (an ABA and NYLS law journal), and was an active member of the Legal Association for Women. She also mentored lower-level law students through multiple organizations, reflecting her commitment to professional development and leadership.
